The Akashic Records are a metaphysical library that contains the entire history of your soul and its journey, containing all past, present, and future possibilities.
You can think of it like an energetic library or archive, filled with everything that every soul has ever thought, said, and done over the course of its existence — from past lives, to present life, and all future possibilities.
The library is an infinite, ever changing library of all human actions, deeds, and thoughts, across all dimensions and all lifetimes.
All of our soul experiences reside in the Akashic records. Akasha is a Sanskrit word that means “essence”, and the Akashic records hold the essence of our souls because the records contain every experience we have ever had. We are the cumulative expression of the contents of these records.
