Ciao, I hope you had a good week?


I hope you are noticing some changes on the website and also that you are seeing updates and news via the website in a 'blog' format, rather than a weekly newsletter in your email box. What do you think of this change? Please let me know if there's anything we could be doing better!

The moon is now waning and you may find that your energy is waning too. This is a good time to put a gratitude practice into place. If you're wondering what I mean by that, it's about being more mindful and thinking about what you are actually grateful for in your life. Think of it as a way of meditating.:


It doesn't always come easily to express our gratitude, so here are a couple of things to try:

  1. Make time to sit and THINK about just what you are grateful for. Once a day is fine.

  2. Keep a journal or jar and make notes of all that you are thankful for.

  3. Make a point of saying thank you to people you encounter; look them in the eye, send a note or take them a little gift the next time you see them, a simple bunch of wild flowers will let them know you have thought about them.

  4. Make a habit of it......like all habits, it gets easier as time goes by.

In the last few days, I have been hard at work planning new courses and readings to help you to manifest your biggest desires and am currently working on a new website and free resource centre for you. A number of people have asked me for my next tarot course dates so I have set up the next courses online and you can find the info below.
